❦ International Shipping- For shipping outside the US, please double check that your address is correct. If your package gets sent back due to incorrect address, unfortunately you will have to pay the full $25 shipping cost. Please message me if it says ‘Address Invalid’ at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, please allow about two weeks for delivery.

❦  Hand-wash recommended for all pieces with charms or fragile appliqués.  

❦  Please allow up to two-three weeks for production time. Please contact me through email or dm if you still have not received your order. If you need your order by a specific date please message me after purchase.

❦ Unfortunately not responsible for lost packages once shipped, please email me under these circumstances.

❦  No returns, please contact me through email for special circumstances regarding returns and we can definitely work something out.

If your piece doesn't fit I offer free tailoring, please email me and I will send you a return label. For International tailoring, shipping costs are required.
